


John is delighted to join Evans Case, LLP to continue his now 53 years of long-standing service to his clients in the practice areas of estate planning, probate administration and business organization. He has worked with Evans Case over the years and is proud to be part of a firm committed, as he has been, to serving clients with the highest standard of care.
John received his educational degrees of Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado in 1969 and his Juris Doctorate from University of Denver College of Law in 1972. He was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1972 and admissions to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in 1974. Since his admission to practice, he has been a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations including their Sections on Elder Law, Real Estate and Trust & Estate.
John is a native of Colorado. He and his wife Susan are the parents of five children and grandparents to thirteen grandchildren. John’s hobbies include music, writing and the many outdoor activities afforded by our wonderful State.
