Biographical Information

Andrew is a hard-working, down-to-earth trial attorney who is motivated by achieving the best results for his clients and ensuring they succeed.  He takes great pride in making a real difference in his clients’ lives.

​At Evans Case, Andrew specializes in probate administration and litigation, Rule 62 proceedings, and guardianships and conservatorships.  Prior to joining Evans Case, Andrew gained experience in numerous areas of the law, including personal injury, criminal defense, criminal prosecution, contracts, and real estate.  Andrew is a driven litigator, having extensive trial and deposition experience, including trying over 100 jury trials, selecting over 100 juries, taking and defending depositions, and preparing witnesses for depositions and trials.

​Originally from the small town of Thomaston, Georgia, Andrew went on to receive his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, with Highest Honors, and was a Presidential Scholar.  He also graduated as the top Honors student in the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication.  After college, before deciding to go to law school, Andrew worked in the television industry.  He was employed by a company in Atlanta that specializes in video production and television distribution.

​Andrew went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from UCLA School of Law, where he was awarded a full tuition scholarship from the Simon Endowment Fund covering his first two years of attendance. 

Andrew is licensed to practice law in both Texas and Colorado.  He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association.  In 2019, Andrew was named Top 40 Under 40 for Personal Injury Law by both the American Academy of Attorneys and by the American Institute of Trial Attorneys.

​When not working, Andrew likes to live a simple lifestyle, spending time with his family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, and staying physically active.  He is also a big sports fan, his favorite team being the Georgia Bulldogs.
