Biographical Information
Marianne is an associate attorney with litigation experience in a variety of commercial, probate, insurance and personal injury matters. As a licensed attorney in Colorado and Wyoming, she has appeared in various state and federal courtrooms advocating for her clients in trials, hearings, and discovery disputes.
Marianne earned her law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2010 after graduating cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder in molecular biology and political science. Marianne focuses her legal practice on representing both individuals and companies in the prosecution and defense of complex civil litigation claims, including areas of insurance, probate litigation, professional liability, product liability, personal injury, subrogation, and general commercial matters. She also counsels clients on transactional issues, in pre-litigation disputes, and advocates for them through mediation, arbitration, and trial.
As an active member of the legal community, Marianne serves as a member of the Colorado Bar Foundation, the Colorado Women’s Bar Association, the Minoru Yasui Inn of Court, the Colorado Bar Association, Legislative Committee, and as a Wyoming Bar Association member. In her free time, Marianne enjoys adventures with her two sons, golfing, and gardening.
