It is with great pride and gratitude for his loyal commitment, to announce that Tim Bounds has been promoted to Partner at Evans Case. Tim has been a valuable asset since joining the firm in 2014. He has built his practice on hospitality and integrity and Evans Case is distinguished because of his impact. Tim’s ability to work with couples, families and even individuals to assess their personal needs is what separates him from other estate planners.

Tim brings his knowledge of Tax Law, Elder and Probate procedure to the industry making him uniquely suited to provide the most comprehensive estate planning. He earned his Master of Laws at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law almost ten years ago. Evans Case’s future is now that much brighter by adding Tim to their team.
